Mr. Marine acquires I&C Services B.V.
PRESS RELEASE: Rotterdam, March 2022.
Rotterdam-based Mr. Marine has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in I&C Service B.V. With this acquisition, Mr. Marine expands the range of global services it can offer its customers. Mr. Marine is world leader in the inspection, certification and repair of marine elevators, while I&C provides similar services for ballast water systems, and other onboard equipment, such as gas detectors, oil mist detectors, UTIs and oil discharge monitoring systems. I&C has service agreements with many leading OEMs.
The I&C organization will be merged with the Mr. Marine organization, and will operate under the Mr. Marine brand name. The combined company will employ 62 people, working from own offices in Rotterdam (head office), Dubai, India, Singapore, Shanghai and Panama.

It has a strong team of experienced service engineers, and provides testing, certification and repair services for a range of onboard equipment, including ballast water systems, scrubbers, gas detectors, UTIs, oil mist detectors and oil discharge monitoring systems. It has long standing service agreements with many of the leading OEMs of these systems.
